What is the difference between First Floor and Drive Up access?
First Floor units are located on the ground level, inside the building. Drive Up units are also located on the ground level, but accessible from outside of the building, so you can simply pull your car right up to the unit, as opposed to going inside of the facility when loading and unloading.

What does a reservation do?
A reservation will hold the price for you, but not the unit. Units are filled on a first come, first served basis.

Some type of coverage is required as per our lease agreement.

Unfortunately, we do not offer moving trucks at this time.

Yes, we have a variety of moving and packing supplies available for purchase in our leasing offices.

How do I upgrade / downsize to another unit?
If you are an existing tenant, you will need to talk to the facility manager and they will be able to help you transfer to a different sized unit.

What does Climate Controlled mean?
This means whether it is extremely hot or cold outside, your belongings will remain safe in a temperature controlled storage unit. If you are storing items that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations, it is well worth it!
