# Can I turn off automatic payments?

Yes, you can cancel automatic payments at any time online or in store. If you've already set up an online account, simply [log in](https://securespace.com/pay-your-bill/login) and click on "Auto-Pay" on the left side menu. Then click on the grey "Cancel Auto-Pay" button.

||| Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the cancellation to process so please cancel at least 10 days prior to your next billing due date. If a charge appears on your bank / credit card statement, please contact us and the credit card issuer immediately.
