Q: What is the difference between First Floor and Drive Up access?

First Floor units are located on the ground level, inside the building. Drive Up units are also located on the ground level, but accessible from outside of the building, so you can simply pull your car right up to the unit, as opposed to going inside of the facility when loading and unloading.

Can I turn off automatic payments?

Yes, you can cancel automatic payments at any time online or in store. If you've already set up an online account, simply log in and click on "Auto-Pay" on the left side menu. Then click on the grey "Cancel Auto-Pay" button.

||| Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the cancellation to process so please cancel at least 10 days prior to your next billing due date. If a charge appears on your bank / credit card statement, please contact us and the credit card issuer immediately.
